Infinite loading in the main menu! (Vampyr)

Guys help!!! After run the Intro and a couple of times asking to press enter after that.... ANYTHING the game freezes, while the music is playing. tried EVERYTHING that was possible to find developers in the FAQ. and nothing pomoglo. if met with a problem help to solve pliiiiiiz!
