when I enter a room of character creation (LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2)

I downloaded the save LMSH2 100%,I go into the game DX11(pirate CODEX).When I walk into a room creating characters,the game just crashes.If anyone knows how to fix it please write in this thread.

go to appdata\roaming\Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment\LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2\SAVEDGAMES\CONTENT\S1-SYSGLOBAL\CUSTOMISER and remove from there all
