Normal animation from 1 person (Grand Theft Auto 5)

From 1 person all the characters have the same animations and yet somehow theyfixed.the type you go with a gun-and the shadow can be seen that only the legs move.Is it possible to make the view from 1 person,but with the animations from the third?or at least make them realistic
