In Novigrad is taken in the square Hierarchy. But maybe Quint with Lambert I can play after the quest, but to complete quests, will need first on Skellige someone to kill. However with Lambert and then you will be in kaer morhen the play

In my opinion, this quest is available only before the battle of kaer Morhen. At that stage of the game Lambert or grapple with flederm at the mill at Oxenford gates of Novigrad or sitting in the tavern Nowhere in the North-East part of town near the shelter Mirabella. After Geralt with Uma pokadot of Vranici, Lambert will be in the kaer Morhen, where to play him. If you passed the event on Bald mountain, to find Lambert in the game will no longer be possible
