Infinite loading of the game after the game. (Mass Effect: Andromeda)

I run mass effect andromeda , press to create a character , downloading and then stops and goes no further! Tried it and just start the game without character creation , the same situation. Please help.

Try to increase the paging file. Monitoring MSI Afterburner, I have the game eats 8 GB of operatives and 11гб swap file. And this on medium-high settings in FHD resolution. No game ate so much of memory even on ultra.
