moved out hud (Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2)
when in the main menu, the cursor blinks, and the image takes up 1/4 of the screen. In the game everything works fine but items, souls, menu, and capture the enemy appears as if 1/4 of the screen.1 Comments

The game cache checked? If Yes there are some corrupted files, maybe it's them, if the problem persists even after verifying the game cache, then delete the config files.cfg and config_mp.cfg from the players folder in the game folder.
