Kitana and DLC,Samurai, (Mortal Kombat X)

Bought on xbox one MK XL all right well I don't suit Jingu on kitana,when choosing a suit,the game just simply makes a sound (as if from a machine gun fires)and then crashes what to do ? DLC has twice reset does not work,although the costumes with the DLC for Kenshi and Shinnok work,the game was not as perestanavlivat in this sense,if you have already reinstalled the DLC twice and did not work,what to do ? Even though the game at the departure does not issue an error
