There is no button to join the game in online (Grand Theft Auto 5)

Go to menu by pressing the friends tab,choose the desired player ,there are buttons to invite to the game,send a message,display a map of the player,watch the player,to invite the gang and the button to join the game there ,and the rest of the players it is,tell me how to solve
