Slowing down the mouse (Dark Souls)

When I go in DS, the mouse is very greatly reduced, although the sliders remain in place, and dpi is the same as was before starting. If you close the DS, then the mouse and remains so slow. Fixed only by restarting the PC. How to get rid of the problem, without restarting the PC and why it can happen at all? Repack changed, my friends, everything is fine.

Also yesterday I tried the Remaster, and played with a gamepad. But I have the opposite - when you exit the game the mouse becomes too fast. Had to log out and log in.
