Low FPS in Novigrad on a powerful PC. (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)
Have config: Ryzen 7 1700, GTX 1080, 16Gb 3200Mhz operatives. In Novigrad Fps drops to 40 frames, even though I watched the test with the same percent, only video card GTX 1070 produces in the same location 80 frames. And this is at 2560x1440 resolution. Fire wood all stand, exposed to the saving plan of Reisen, HPET on and off, no difference. On i5 2400 gave the same result. However, no single core CPU is not loaded 100% (about 70-80%), and video card.P. S. At this point, no video card, no percent not throttled.
