Fatal error in ARK (ARK: Survival Evolved)

I have this problem. When entering the game after 3 minutes it gives an error Fatal error (very big mistake). Tried to reinstall and checked the cache 10 times, after cache was reinstalling the 2 files and so every time after starting the flight and check the cache. How can I fix it
