Companions,help with sensible advice (RimWorld)

In my game there are not a lot of mods and I can't understand it because of the mods I have are falling characteristics of the characters or is it inherent to the game? Description of the mods I looked,nothing about features,I did not see if this is the case in the game ,then tell me how it is possible to disable

Skills may fall, due to the fact that they don't do that.

the characteristics of the characters fall because of the fact that the main developer of the game did. There is a special mod that would characteristics did not fall. Called Mad_Skills
