Do not run the game (Borderlands)

First, the game is cursed, they say no physxcudart_20 did as he said all sites and renamed the cudart,but the game started to complain, they say no cudart. I made a copy of the file and I had physxcudart_20 and cudart, but the game would not start and vydoval huge mistake. What to do? Already Repack 3 download, but it's not that.
PS Demolished and re-installed Physx didn't help

Fiziks on the game swears is stupid for one reason: it's too new. When you click on Ok game quietly runs. The first Board swears, the second with the same version of fiziksa no. I have a game reset.
