Permanent write-off. (Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain)

Good day!
Found the problem, there continues to be debited, GMP.
For 130-140K. Left the game for 5 hours to pump the platform, the game went into minus 600K. No additional bases that would be attacked, was only the 10th mission. Can't find the cost of maintaining the database.
Can anyone encountered this problem?
