This requires a formal (not revealed to online) scriptchat from Alexander Blade. It doesn't run online. If you want to protect yourself 100%, then you can run single with no Internet access (stupid to cut off the connection) and use the mod alone, and then to delete all mods with scripthook from the game directory before starting the multiplayer.
