Does not find the server in any mode (Call of Duty: Black Ops 4)

I have recently had a problem. When I start the game search at the top says “search” and “advanced search”. This happens about 10 minutes and then shows error “a Suitable game for you is not found”.

I decided to look for a solution to this problem online, but only found solution using open NAT. Then I looked how to check my NAT type and it turned out that NAT type I opened.

Who knows a solution to this problem, please help. Thanks in advance.
