Quest \"open sesame\" bug (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

Gentlemen, good day. This problem, on PS4, when you go to the RAID on the Treasury of the quest in any way (alone, or just with a group), starts infinite loading. Previous saves do not save. Once waited 10 minutes, there was a cut-scene, but then again infinite download. Who faced with similar?
