Experience and levels (Fallout 4)

In intellect to invest in the beginning,immediately upgrade to 10,then a SPECIAL book even (+1) it's true it will be necessary to reduce alcohol,then more pups (+1) and don't worry,experience will only go so plus points canned food (+1),helmet of destroyer (+1),then if even the legendary stuff (arms,legs,armor really early in the game they will find and knock problematic) to fasten the intellect,get even (+5),the 19 intelligence that's not counting the perks,chemistry, etc.
