To remove armor from Barika. Bug quest (Tyranny)

Talked to Mononom, talked with a woman in the smithy on the crossroads of Leteny. She said to bring the Barik to yourself.
Took it to the party (after N hours of running around after the conversation), came to her. The dialogue starts saying yeah, brought. And then terminates, the dialog disappears, the repeated reference to it does nothing, the quest hangs.
There are solutions to this problem?
Can be a console?
