In the launcher launch the game, it program it but Windows no (Test Drive Unlimited 2)

Hi! I had a problem. I bought a new laptop and decided to install the game. If your old laptop (Iron which is pulled at the maximum speed cs go 60fps before the patch) it ran and worked, not here! In the launcher launch the game, it program it but the window is not present! although in task Manager it is listed. Please help!

Characteristics of computer: Intel core i7-6700HQ
Nvidia GeForce GTX 960m (2GB)
16gb of RAM

Same error,launcher loads the game,but then opens the window.Is there a solution to this problem?Game license,try to run on a laptop Samsung np350v5c ,four years ago, the game worked fine.Thanks in advance for your help.
