Very fell fps (Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six: Siege)

Yesterday I was playing on high settings was 90 fps. Then in the evening I went was 10 fps on high and 20 on low. Reinstalled the game nothing has changed.

try pomonitor the CPU load and RAM, viral suddenly started up and ship system without your knowledge. alt ctrl del and choose resource monitor, if it is almost close to 0% when nothing is enabled in the OS. the order, which means it's another problem
