Not moving enemies (Metro: Last Light)

previous missions have not tested. but with this mission it was the norm. but I constantly notice and I carpet-bombed. I gave up on the game. didn't go for about a week. here and gone, but here.....

Surprisingly,before this passed the game many times and never encountered such a bug,now wanted again to re-take and level with the Reds after passing a couple of areas the NPCs are stupid,had to restart the Chapter until no more such bug was not.
