A glitch in Chapter 9 the script doesn't work (Final Fantasy 15)

In the mansion of the first Secretary after all the dialogues ,the characters freeze when shaking hands ,is only a pause as in the video.Tried pushing all the buttons ,changed the resolution ,reinstalled the video card driver .The game is licensed

Yes, it's all crap. Why can't we play on the 580's(GTH) the graphics in this game, and there is some bug ). Most importantly for the 650-Oh finalka is without bugs in the game, and the 580-Oh, which is head and shoulders above the 650-Oh, you have the graphics broken.....

There is a problem because of the coin ,if you have in your inventory max rare coins it will hang ,I spent the coins and it worked.
