What cloaks are a bonus to charisma? (GreedFall)

Hello There, enough already about 5 hours into the game, almost LVL 10, but still only saw a green cloak +1 charisma, are there any other rare cloaks and bonuses? and, Yes, if you inject charisma by 3 has the meaning of +1 or better to dump charisma to 2 and skill to spend on another?
