Black screen Shoppe 2 Keep (Shoppe Keep 2)

Hello!I have a problem with Shoppe 2 keep.When I run it I get a black screen and a spinning mouse pointer simply put Shoppe 2 Keep not responding.Can you please help?Updated the driver all exactly did not help.Thanks in advance!Really want to play
