Walkthrough on 100% (Grand Theft Auto 5)

Help plz, who fumbles. Stuck on 99.5%, has passed all that is possible, but in the enemies writes [no medals] how to get medals? As I understand it seems they are closed 2 racing. In the statistics in the game at 100% says that Hobbies and entertainments 40 of 42, everything else is full.
