Windows 7 and Блицкриг2 (Blitzkrieg 2)

Normal license installation impossible
because of StarForce, but the game runs, if you just
(without the game) to put the Patch and use
compatibility mode with Windows XP. It remains true
minor visual nuisance instead of a splash screen - white screen.
Is there a possibility to fix any of this?
The question of course is for connoisseurs...
