Need advice on stats, fans heaps of mods and their settings. (The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim)

The question is simple - what is Bostic HP for 1000 1100 see ruined with the passage of Requiem
in the active effects and Spello found nothing bad looking? or what it could be.

did it all by myself, some errors with quests or scripts, and both very much in the Assembly,
fixed the command forceav hp 1 hp 100 setav then, WMS someone come in handy
