Not to dizzy from the effects (The Outer Worlds)
How to remove mind-numbing post-processing effects:Find the file Engine.ini, it is located in these directories: \Users\arth\AppData\Local\Indiana
\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor\Engine.ini
(please note that if you copy from the Xbox Game Pass, the address will be different)
Open the file with a regular Notepad and add at the end here the following lines (your choice optional):
To setup worked, must be specified 1 to deactivate 0. After making all the settings, don't forget to save the file!

r.DefaultFeature.AntiAliasing=2 ;forces a specific AA-type: 0=none, 1=FXAA(untested), 2=TemporalAA(default)

foliage.LODDistanceScale=5 ;increases the rendered distance for foliage to minimize popping in of grass/trees/...
r.HighQualityLightMaps=1 ;enables high quality lightmaps
