Degrees the image on the monitor

At lower frequencies on the video card starts twitch image.
The AMD 7970 gigabyte. It is connected to 2 monitors ,Lg flatron w2243s and benq g2750. The graphics card is constantly running at frequencies 500/1375 and heated, using MSI afterberner set up 2D and 3D profiles and then on to you, all twitches.
PS If anyone knows whether there is an analogue to Nvidia inspector for AMD?
