May 13 released a patch 0.2.0 and the game officially added Russian localization. The patch weighed in at 5.2 GB

If during the game in Russian localization you have any of the squares
you just need to put English as main.
(this is often found in Skyrim and Fallout)

The Russian voice. On the website the store does not display localization.
