Pirate DLS for licenses in steam (Kingdom Come: Deliverance)

Whether it is possible to put a pirate in a DLS licensed game in steam?
I tried but nothing came of it really.I tried steam-rip Repack (no crack similar license) - does not work, do not appear in the menu and all.
