The script doesn't work (Metro Exodus)

The script doesn't work in the story of Sam in the mission where you need to eliminate the sniper, after gg throws him out the door and closes it, in theory you should see a splash screen with the radio chatter with the captain, but this is not happening. even started DLS again and still the same. has anyone faced?
