Eye of the cosmos (Assassin's Creed: Odyssey)

Can't open the identity of the cultist master.The tooltip says that info about it is in the mine of Attica, but in mine I found instead of a hint I found Bracers of Agamemnon and the old cultist from another branch.How to find the old owner?
