If Akume pass you will unlock the brass knuckles. Fragments of maps get a powerful sniper rifle and a pistol semi-automatic.

Knuckles greatly increases melee by the way,so there is a reason to open it.
Knuckles give the nightmare,by the way cheat weapons,the usual ghouls makes one hit (with it you can immediately bring the crowd to not one),those that are thicker with two strikes.
