Easyanticheat untrusted files from DriverStore (Fortnite)

I have easyanticheat complains nvd3dumx.dll(1) and nvwgf2umx.dll(2).1 this Fortnite and 2 is the Apex Legends.Due to the fact that he doesn't trust these files,consequently he does not run and therefore without these files I can not run the game.(In the game without easyanticheat'and is played quietly, such as Deceit or Rainbow Six Siege).When you try to edit/delete these files, the system tells me that you need to request access from TrustedInstaller'.I hope I have sufficiently and clearly explained.Who will help in the debt will remain.
