Scene add-Ons (DLC) (Dark Souls 3)

Hello, there are two add-ons (as I understand)- The Ringed City and Ashes of Ariandel. Question - how do I get these additions? ( that is, they are also built into the game in bloodborn or separately on the menu) and is it worth buying them ?

The ashes of Arandela can start with the main fire in the Temple of the Deep, where sits the Gael. Ringed city you can start either after the assassination of Frida in the first DLS, or the location where the Soul is killed Ash. There is a fire that moves in DLS.
Arundel worth buying just for the final boss Frida, and the city Ringed definitely good: one battle with Gael worth
