The problem with DLC in EGS (Metro Exodus)

In General such a problem.
Purchased the Gold Edition version with all the DLC in the Launcher too, writes that all is installed but in the game when you click on the DLC the game is going straight to the web page of this game in EGS, i.e. most likely the game doesn't understand that I have already purchased.
Support texted replied that clean the store cache in AppData/Local is not helped. Removed all launcher along with the application all set, the trouble is not gone.
Maybe someone knows the solution to this problem?
