Dear forum,need help (Mass Effect 3)

Don't know where to write,generally there never wrote nothing.Began again to take all the parts.And each time I imported the saves from the last part.In the third part decided pochiterit.Through the editor saves clocked points of alert and another quest for furniture Aria the Omega had to go through the console(fly/walk etc)so as to go back was not possible.After that he played as usual there were no problems.Came but the mission the Priority of the Citadel after salvation and the Goths are hot. I think just going back to the citadel ,you pass the side quests and start the main....BUT! Now when docking the Normandy to the Citadel immediately starts the cut scene rescue Ashley(when her aunt robot beat).It was at the very beginning....PPC wtf !?!
Specifically waited for the end cut scenes and conversation with Hakeem ,the result - black screen and sounds like a Persian at the citadel.Rebooting does not help , using the console returning to the Normandy,docked with the dock ,and again the same persimmon circle.
Where to dig,what to do,maybe in editor or save as skipnet this moment or teleported in another place...?
The only place on the Citadel can get(from Normandy of course),it is the area with the shepherd,but there is nowhere to move not get,again a movie with Ashley...
