Error create the game fails to create a new game (Remnant: From the Ashes)

Pirates downloaded from torrent tracker. Missed the training ,selected the character class,then appeared this message"ERROR CREATING GAME FAILS to CREATE a NEW GAMEthe same garbage,was when I graduated.Why?
