It seems that no one have this problem. It is just not in the Repack, because I have tried on 2 different Repack to no avail, there is an option to start again, but as it is not like half of the game replay, we can only wait for a patch or even one such case.

Solution: before the fight I changed Cartman (the Coon) on another character. The problem with the fight at the nursing home decided same before the fight changed the composition

I found it. I can explain all ( not all all ) the details. I can't guarantee you if this works. But I tried.

Remember the black screen problem at starting the game? alt+enter
Started the game to display.
Both sides I switched on windowed lowest resolution ( the top pick ). WITH NO SUBTITLE
( alt+enter mode ) at lowest resolution windowed. Pressing alt+enter ( the black screen starting game mode ) and set the same lowest resolution.

Then I played at the black screen starting game mode who is FIXED now.

I loaded the autosave. Team members are 1. Call Girl 2. 3 Kite. Locked member ( you know he is )
4. You.
No I didn't change them at the autosave point and didn't search the bag at the chair.

I destroy phase 1 at the spot where he was standing with Fart power. After that waste of 3 items 1 antidote regen, 2 burritos and another Fart power.

Defeating the boss and got the cutscene :D.
