Artifacts in games

Hi all, can someone tell me , encounter problems in games, and on the engine, unreal, only seen.
In the last of the Jedi, the rain just like green artifacts and special effects negotiare as well have all that you can have piratical what the problem is I do not understand.

And either as the artifacts appear . Here I pass as long as no rain everything is OK.
In control at all during his training ( I forgot the area called where new abilities are taught to use) swims just a black screen though the interface shows.
In the remaining 99% of games no problem at all
