The game always starts in fortune island (Forza Horizon 4)

Don't know whether this is a bug or a feature which. The game always starts on a fortune, every time I switch to the mainland and play for an hour, get out of the game. The next time the game starts again on fortune. Not a great problem, of course, but it is annoying to do every time a change of location.
