A bug with the quest \"Mechanical enemy\" (Fallout 4)

Can anyone help, have removed the DLC files from the DATA folder, booted up and made a save without it. Then added the files back, loaded, DLC has started again and it worked.

Yeah, did about the same but only using NMM. Disabled DLS automatron, started the game, moved away from the location of the caravan survived. Out. Included DLS automatron in NMM and put ahead of all mods and official DLS and run the game. Re-quest had been received and after the caravan has appeared in the world.
Solution:
1) Disable the mod\to move the file DLCRobot.esm
2) Run the game to get away from the location(for example on the base)
3) Save the game without mod and get out of it.
4) Connect the mod \ to return the file DLCRobot.esm in the game folder (if you use NMM then put the first mod in the list in the Manager either handles.. you know where:)
5) Start the game and get a job. At the entrance to the location of the caravan will be in place.
I had installed a lot of mods and half DLS stood at the end of the list. Probably this was the cause of the bug.
