A bug with the lighting. (Fallout 4)

The bug appeared after upgrading to version 1.10.82.7. In the settings there is nothing to kill him. I think in the game files sitting some file in which it is necessary to change the brightness settings.

Try to delete files Fallout4.ini Fallout4Prefs.ini and Fallout4Custom.ini from the folder C:\Users\user_name\Documents\My Games\Fallout4, then restart the game and configure the new.
If it is ENB, try to reinstall it. If not - check if there's any in the game folder files d3dcompiler_46e.dll, d3d11.dll, enbseries.ini, enblocal.ini and multiple files for enb*.fx

At first I had high hopes, but all to no avail. The bug still remained.

There is a similar.

This.

enblocal.ini Is.

And in the end I was desperate and decided to try to download the ENB. Didn't help, but maybe these files appeared after installing it.

Definitely from him. Most likely, that you downloaded, in addition to the patch was ENB with a preset that is not too suitable for your system.
GFSDK_SSAO_D3D11.win64.dll is the game file, you do not need to touch.
