Select the drive of the bandits, it immediately disappears from the inventory. Is this normal? Or some weed?

As I recall the flash drive disappears, but the CCP appears on upgrade.
But what you're talking about a flash drive? With upgrades they are blue.

Thanks, will check. I am still waiting for a new update, not to start the game from scratch, spinning the first locations once a week.

And what exactly is not an upgrade ? - if slots with life, I have they on the Assembly 1.4006.6920 didn't work. Game with extras is considered the main version.

Do not upgrade! All the upgrade slots are not active at mechanics. No one makes improvements on the SKAT-10. Play the same way with the campaign mode and weapons

If you are hunting to fully upgrade this costume, you'll likely have to look for a later Assembly - newer 1.4006.6920.
