Problem with night vision ! (Fallout 4)

The problem is that when I put optics on weapons for the machine I have joined your night vision and not be disabled anymore !
In the screenshot you can see Oriole circle, and the blurry green filter on the edges ,how to fix it ?

The same trouble, but with the usual sight. Reinstalling the game did no good, the stuff in sofranko prescribed campaign.

Here I hope there are people in the know ,maybe there is a console command to deactivate .
