How to remove shadows in the game fully?! (The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim)

Hi all I have a problem here I want to remove the shadows but it does not goes not help Shadow Remover Colorful Lights - No Shadows - More FPS this does not help tell me .

In the SkyrimPref file.ini all variables with the text Shadow to assign 0 (zero). The variables not to remove!

To completely remove the shadows is impossible. But the fellow above said is true, you have to edit the file. However, after that the rooms will be dimly all. Need to put some mod on the shadows (don't remember name, but it is here on the site (fps will not drop, if that)).
