The mods with his animation is complete.
But the trick is that:
1)It did not appear immediately after the installation of mods in about a week
2) For 1 second began to reload ALL WEAPONS, not just mods.
I don't know how, but the problem resolved itself.
Weapons could recharge, not at the speed of sound.
Although I have suggested how it was solved.
If it is confirmed, I will unsubscribe.
So, I noticed that lightning faster reload occurs when switching weapons.
And the reload speed is established when the Power Armor.
