No mission in each region (Far Cry 5)

In each region remained at 2 failed mission,was running everywhere,nothing anywhere. Is there something to do? And yet,I understand that all the perks should not be opened? Covered and open all that is available,still not enough points to unlock all perks.

Just went through the game, doing quests and wandering the world, there are no incomplete jobs (Yes, there were quests that did not receive, and simply start from the actions of the player). Skill points are more than enough.
